Edmonton Top Law competes for high-stakes family and civil litigation clients, the kind who research carefully before they ever pick up the phone. They needed a website that projects authority on first glance and turns that research into booked consultations. We delivered a commanding, serif-led design in deep petrol green and warm gold that reads like premium legal stationery, then built the machinery behind it: a dedicated page for every practice area, intake forms that ask what a lawyer actually needs to know before the first call, and online invoice payment so clients can retain and pay without friction.

A structured-data graph covering the firm, its founder, FAQs, hours, and service area, built to surface in Edmonton legal searches and rich results.
The entire site ships with zero JavaScript frameworks. Every interaction (the mega-menu, mobile navigation, count-up statistics, and native dialog modals) is hand-written vanilla JavaScript on a static Astro foundation, with self-hosted variable fonts (Newsreader and Inter) and an optimized image pipeline generating modern formats at build time.
The one piece of server code is a Netlify function that creates Stripe Checkout sessions for invoice payments. Around it sits the marketing engine: consistent name-address-phone data, a structured-data graph for the firm and its FAQs, and a nine-post legal insights blog answering the exact questions Albertans search before hiring a lawyer.
